Ingredients for a Strawberry Mojito:
30ml Strawberry Syrup
20ml Strawberry Purée (mashed fresh strawberries with a teaspoon of sugar)
6–8 fresh mint leaves
20ml fresh lemon juice
100ml sparkling water
50ml 7UP or Sprite (for a fizzier, sweeter flavor)
Crushed ice
Garnish: Lemon wedges + 1/2 strawberry on the rim of the glass + a mint sprig

Method:
1. Place the mint leaves in a glass with the lemon juice.
2. Add the syrup and purée (this adds depth to the strawberries).
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour the sparkling water and 7-Up over it.
5. Stir gently to create a beautiful layer (red on the bottom and sparkling on top).
6. Garnish with lemon slices, halved strawberries, and a mint sprig.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production.
