The story began as a YouTube channel project in which we present a group of clips in which we convey the culture and places we experience in Japan Beautiful, after a decade of living in Japan, learning the language, graduating from university, and working on several projects, we returned to our homeland and the Japanese Dose project turned from a YouTube channel into a commercial project to bring you the best, finest, and most delicious ingredients of Japanese food and the tools for making it.
