Ingredients for a Lychee Mojito
100 ml lychee juice concentrate
1/2 lime (juiced)
5–6 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon lychee syrup (we recommend syrup for a Japanese shot)
Crushed or cubed ice
150 ml Sprite or sparkling water
2–3 tablespoons lychee-flavored popping boba (50–70 g)
1 mint leaf or lime wedge for garnish

instructions

1. In a clear glass, combine the mint, lime juice, and syrup and mix gently.
2. Add the lychee juice concentrate and stir gently until the flavors are combined.
3. Add ice to fill the glass.
4. Slowly pour the sparkling water or Sprite over the mixture for refreshing bubbles.
5. Place the popping boba on top or at the bottom of the glass to showcase its beauty.
6. Garnish with a mint leaf or lime wedge and enjoy a refreshing sip.

Storage and Shelf Life
