Strawberry Mojito Ingredients
3–4 fresh strawberries (halved)
1/2 lime (juiced)
5–6 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon strawberry syrup or honey (we recommend syrup for a Japanese shot)
Clear ice cubes
100 ml Sprite or sparkling water + 50 ml lightly flavored sparkling water
2–3 tablespoons strawberry-flavored popping boba (50–70 grams)

instructions
1. Place the strawberries, syrup or honey, mint, and lime juice in a tall glass.
2- Mash lightly, leaving some small pieces visible.
3- Add ice and gradually pour in Sprite and sparkling water.
4- Add the popping boba on top to maintain the balls' shape.
5- Garnish with strawberry slices or mint leaves.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store popping boba in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Shelf life is 18 months from the production date.
