Ingredients for the Passion Fruit Mojito:
40ml Passion Fruit Infusion.
1/2 fresh passion fruit (the pulp and seeds are optional for added texture).
6–8 fresh mint leaves.
20ml fresh lime juice.
120–150ml sparkling water.
Crushed or cubed ice.
For garnish: Lime slices + mint sprig + 1/2 passion fruit.

Methods:
1. Place the mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and squeeze lightly to release the juice.
2- Add the passion fruit syrup and fresh pulp (if available).
3- Fill the glass with ice.
4- Pour the sparkling water over it and stir gently.
5- Garnish with lemon slices, a mint sprig, and half a passion fruit.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date.

Supplies: 2 liters makes approximately 50 cups.
