Raspberry Mojito with Popping Boba Recipe
Ingredients (1 cup):
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberry, blackberry, and baby strawberries)
1/2 lemon (juice)
5–6 fresh mint leaves
Ice (cubed or crushed)
100ml Sprite + 50ml berry juice
2–3 tablespoons berry popping boba (50–70g)

Instructions:
In a glass, combine the berries, lemon juice, and mint leaves.

Gently mash to release the juice, leaving some whole to maintain the natural color.

Fill the glass with ice.

Slowly pour in the berry juice and Sprite.

Add the popping boba to the top or bottom of the glass, as desired. Garnish with additional raspberries and mint leaves.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store popping bobas in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Use within 18 months of the production date.
