Passion Fruit Mojito Ingredients:
2 passion fruits (pulp only)
1/2 lime (juice)
5–6 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey or passion fruit syrup (we recommend syrup for a Japanese shot)
Cube or crushed ice
150 ml Sprite or sparkling water
2–3 tablespoons passion fruit-flavored popping boba (50–70 g)
Lime slices or mint leaves for garnish

instructions
1. In a clear glass, place the passion fruit pulp, honey or syrup, and mint leaves.
2. Mash lightly to release the juice, leaving some of the pulp to show the natural color.
3. Add ice to the glass.
4. Slowly pour the sparkling water or Sprite.
5. Add the popping boba to the top or sides of the glass for a visually appealing look.
6- Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves, and enjoy the burst of juice and freshness with every sip.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store Popping Boba in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
