Replacement and Return Policy

You can cancel or modify your order after confirming the order and payment, before the order is processed and the order status changes to (Executed, Delivery in Progress, Shipped).

After processing the order and shipping it, you cannot modify or cancel the order, but it falls under the return policy where:

If the customer does not receive the shipment (the tools), the amount will be refunded, minus the shipping cost (30 SAR), within 3 business days, after we receive the shipment from the shipping company.

If the customer receives the shipment (tools), the customer bears the reverse shipping fees, and only the product amount will be refunded - within 3 days, after we receive the shipment from the shipping company.

Cancellation or refund requests are made by contacting customer service on WhatsApp.
